Penne alla Puttanesca
For 4 people :
Buon apetito!
- A bag of Italians do it better penne
- 2 jars of Do It Better Italians Puttanesca sauce filled with fresh Italian tomatoes and whole Sicilian olives
- Boil the pasta very al dente
- Over low heat, heat the sauce for 2 minutes in a padella (= frying pan)
- Take out the al dente pasta, drain it and put your pasta in your padella to finish cooking (1 minute)
- Finish cooking your pasta in the sauce, which releases the starch from the pasta and creates osmosis between the pasta and the sauce.
