Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata

For 4 people :

 

  • A bag of Italians do it better spaghetti
  • 2 jars of Do It Better Italians Arrabbiata Sauce filled with fresh Italian tomatoes and chili

 

  1. Boil the pasta very al dente
  1. Over low heat, heat the sauce for 2 minutes in a padella (= frying pan)
  1. Take out the al dente pasta, drain it and put your pasta in your padella to finish cooking (1 minute)
  1. Finish cooking your pasta in the sauce, which releases the starch from the pasta and creates osmosis between the pasta and the sauce.
